How much is a studio rental?

All of our rooms are different sizes and prices, contact our rental team for pricing.

What's included in my rental?

All of our sound treated studio rentals include WiFI, free parking, and 24 hour secure building access to your room. Utilities are also included!

How long is a rental lease?

All of our studios are rented on a one year lease.

What can I use my rental for?

Whatever you need the space for! Maybe that means a remote office space, an art studio, a band room, or a massage parlor. The possibilities are limitless.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, all of our rooms ask for a $350 deposit upon signing the one year lease agreement.
