What started as a dream that someday there would be a better option for band practice other than someone's garage, steadily grew into something more.

Opened in January 2023,  Empty Room Studios was built for artists and entrepreneurs in mind. Once an insurance agency, owner and local musician Taylor Roff saw the need for affordable rental spaces and renovated the vacant office into five brightly colored, unique rooms with flexible hours in the hopes to offer Spokane musicians and creatives that extra space they need.
